Reunion FAQs

How do I register for reunion?

Please visit our Brown Paper Tickets site to register and pay for the in-person reunion. If you wish to attend the Saturday alumni association meeting virtually, you must fill out the form on https://adpsbowdoin.org/meeting-registration to receive the Zoom meeting details.

What is included in the weekend registration cost?

Registration covers:

  • All reunion activities on campus
  • 14 hours of open bar (5pm-midnight Friday and Saturday)
  • Catered dinner on Saturday (vegetarian options available)

Open bar includes:

  • Beer
  • Wine
  • Mixed Drinks
  • Soda/Juice

What does paying for a bed get you?

The fee for 1 bed covers 1 twin bed in either a single, double, or triple room for all 3 nights of the reunion in either the old chapter house or another college dorm. Sheets, a pillow, and towels are provided. You will need to provide your own shower supplies. Please indicate any rooming requests during registration.

I'm only staying for 1 night. Do I still have to pay the full bed price?

Yes. The price for a bed is the same if you are staying 1 night, 2 nights, or all 3 nights of the reunion

The registration price seems low. Can I give you more money?

Yes! Our association does lose money on the reunions, so if you would like to make an additional contribution you can add a donation to your registration cost.

I am not able to afford the registration cost

If you cannot afford the registration cost due to your financial situation, please contact and we can try to work something out. We don’t want the price to prevent you from attending.

What time should I arrive?

There should be someone at the old chapter house after 5pm on Thursday. If you arrive early or there is no one available to let you in, you can text

What time is checkout?

Checkout time is 10:30am on Sunday morning. All keycards must be returned by then or we are charged $50 per card by the college.

What should I bring with me?

Some items to consider bringing:

  • Shower supplies
  • Fan – The house does not have AC and can get warm in the summer. Limited fans are available from the college’s summer events office, but it would be better if you can bring your own.
  • Beverages for Thursday night and late night Friday/Saturday

How do I get there?

The reunion will take place at our old chapter house, now named Howell House after the late Brother Roger Howell, and is located at 228 Maine St, Brunswick, ME. The closest public transportation is the Amtrak Downeaster train station which is only a few blocks away. Bowdoin has a good page on transportation options

Where may I park on campus?

There is free parking behind the chapter house or at the college house next door. Please note that parking during performances of the Brunswick Music theater can be difficult as patrons often park at the chapter house.

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?

Yes! Bowdoin has a number of electric charging stations that provide free charging for up to 4 hours. See this page for more information.

Who may attend the alumni association meeting on Saturday morning?

The meeting is open to everyone. Voting is restricted to all Bowdoin alumni in attendance on-site and those Bowdoin alumni attending virtually provided they have attended at least 1 other meeting in the past 3 years.
