Save the date for 2023 Summer Reunion

July 27-30, 2023

Please save the last weekend in July for this year’s summer reunion at 228 Maine St. We are still in discussions with Bowdoin College, but we have tentatively agreed to hold our reunion July 27-30 at our old chapter house. The format will be similar to previous years with details posted here when finalized. Registration will be available in the coming months as well as a sign-up to attend our annual meeting virtually.

Please join us in Brunswick this summer for our annual corporation meeting being held on the Saturday of our reunion weekend. There will be a virtual option for those unable or uncomfortable to meet in person. In order to be eligible to vote, you must be a Bowdoin ADP alumni and have attended at least 1 annual meeting, either in person or virtually, in the past 3 years.

2022 In Person Reunion

July 21-24, 2022

After 2 years of going completely virtual, Bowdoin is allowing in person gatherings this summer! We will be gathering the weekend of July 21st through the 24th and the only current condition Bowdoin is imposing is that all attendees must be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.

Our annual meeting will take place in person on the Saturday of this weekend. There will also be an option to attend virtually for those who register in advance.

Bowdoin uses the Clear HealthPass for verifying vaccination status. Please be sure to upload your vaccination card well in advance as it sometimes takes a day or two to have your vaccination card verified by Clear.

Virtual Reunion 2021

Because we can not meet in person at the physical house this year, we will be meeting in a virtual house created in gather.town. Please join us virtually during the following times:

  • Friday, June 4th: 9pm EDT – 11pm EDT
  • Saturday, June 5th: 3pm EDT – 11pm EDT

To join the gather, open your browser [Chrome or Firefox works best] to the virtual Bowdoin AD House, create your avatar, and join the party! You can access our gather even outside the listed times, but you should refresh your browser once the official event starts to ensure you join everyone on the premium servers.

Virtual Annual Meeting on 6/5/2021

All Alpha Delts and their loved ones are invited to attend the Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Society Alumni Association’s annual meeting to take place virtually on June 5th, 2020 at 1 pm ET. Because Bowdoin has cancelled all weekend summer events this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no in-person meeting for the second time in our history. Per our amended bylaws, members of the Bowdoin chapter are eligible to vote virtually in our annual meeting provided they have attended at least 1 annual meeting, either in person or virtually, in the past 3 years. However, everyone is invited to attend even if they are not eligible to vote.

This year we will be voting on a couple of constitutional amendments passed at the national convention this year as well as for next year’s board of directors. If you wish to be considered for our board or are currently on the board and wish to be removed, please contact me.

2020 Reunion Cancelled

It saddens me to announce that our annual reunion in Brunswick will not be happening this year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Bowdoin has cancelled all summer programs which includes our reunion. We will be holding our annual corporation meeting virtually on June 6th at 1pm eastern time. More details will be posted, including how to sign up to attend the meeting virtually.
