All Alpha Delts and their loved ones are invited to attend the Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Society Alumni Association’s annual meeting to take place virtually on June 6th, 2020 at 1 pm ET. Because Bowdoin has cancelled all summer events this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no in-person meeting for the first time in our history. Per our amended bylaws, members of the Bowdoin chapter are eligible to vote virtually in our annual meeting provided they have attended at least 1 annual meeting, either in person or virtually, in the past 3 years. However, everyone is invited to attend even if they are not eligible to vote.

This year we will be voting on a couple of constitutional amendments passed at the national convention this year as well as for next year’s board of directors. If you wish to be considered for our board or are currently on the board and wish to be removed, please contact me.
